Twitch I'd like to start writing down what I'm grateful for and what I'd like to accomplish everyday. When I'm at my best I do this on a piece of paper - why not start a blathe about it?

5/30/19

GRATITUDE

1.) Grateful for the ability to express myself via blather.

2.) Grateful for coffee.

3.) Grateful that I care enough about myself to work out this morning.

4.) Grateful to still be young have a healthy body despite the occasional abuse I had put it through before.

5.) Grateful for my youth. I still have time to make my life even better than it already is.

GOALS

1.) I put in a lot of honest and HARD work today. I follow up with leads in the pursuit of having a 300k month in sales. This will make the people I care about proud and will make me proud.

2.) I talk to at least 5 potential potential partners a day. I don't have to want to marry them - just say hi and see if there's any chemistry there.

3.) I meditate for 10 minutes everyday. I, along with most people, have an overactive mind. Meditation can help calm that and keep me centered.

4.) I have a strong workout, eat healthy and do not vape or smoke. I have a young body and can still choose the lifestyle I want to live. I make a choice to be different from the many that make a commitment but don't do anything about it. I choose to value myself.

5.) I make sure to help people in all avenues of life. More specifically, I choose to help those with drug and alcohol issues so that they can understand, feel, and benefit from the love that I have received.

Twitch So - these last couple days I've been relatively inconsistent and I can feel it. These last couple days I've had more free time than I'm used to and it has not translated into immediate happiness. There are nooks and crannies to my brain that start to reveal themselves. "Why do anything at all - what's the point?"
I'm going to write it here so that I can see it.

1.) Joy is it's own reward. All circumstances outside of me are a spiritual practice to see if I can still find the unconditional love and pervading consciousness that is God/Source. The I AM inside of me is the closest thing to an objective (and equally subjective) GOD. I cannot dispute the reality of my own consciousness. I will have no other GOd's before this God - I will treat it and the vessel as someone I love.

Sweat equity doesn't mean anything to anybody.

4. Get Lisa out of that shitty job she's been at for way too long. I've honestly proposed so many different business ideas (most of them viable) that they would have only required her shifting her focus from serving her employers needs to serving her own business' needs. It's not that easy to persuade people to change their habits. Once you do, it's not that easy for them to change their habits.

5. Buy the RV, gut it, remodel it and get ready to start a more simple, free lifestyle.

6. Quit using all substances..including weed.
