When done right, and under proper circumstances, it causes chemicals to be released in the brain of the recipient, bringing him/her close to a state of euphoria and/or heightened awareness.

Most times I’m not even aware of the fact I’m flirting and for that matter don't even understand what I'm doing that’s being taken az flirting Az far az I'm concerned I'm just being me! And so when you a accuse me of flirting and don't tell me what edzactly it iz that I did than Yes I AM going to clam up and not socialize bc I don't want to be accused of flirting again and than later here you rant and rave @ me even more about it for the next 2 weeks. The fact that you even ask why I don't want to go out any more astounds me

I'm often accused of being flirty. I'm not though. I just smile, and listen to what people say. I think I'm a male bimbo. I think a bimbo is someone that people always view in sexual terms whether or not it is justified.

i always thought a bimbo was someone who flirted aimlessley just to get attention, and is dumb

a bimbo is dumb only because s/he has been allowed to get away with being dumb due to her/his drool-inducing looks

no no no. It's my idea that a bimbo is a person that others view as a bimbo, nothing innate. Now a tramp, on the other hand. . .

Mo and p2 are saying the view that people have of bimboes, that they are beautiful and that by tossing their head they can garner undeserved attention. But the "bimbo" is just being friendly. It's not their fault that people incorrectly sexualize their behavior.

Once I brought breakfast and coffee to my friend who was living down the street, when she was feeling out of it and had to get moving. She still talks about it. Two of the sexiest things I ever did were singing Elvis songs to someone while they were in the potty, and painting their toenails. Mmm, both to the same person, to seduce her I guess, even though I knew it wouldn't work out in the long run. I guess that was bad. Or at least, not the best thing I've done.

I think i'm too friendly. Male people keep mistaking it for flirting, and then I realise too late, and then it gets messy. Lesson learnt: only be friendly to a guy if I am willing to sleep with him.

ya gotta be willing to shut someone down if they get interested. That's the hard part, but crucial.

I find shutting people down simple. Answer the questions and continue taking small steps further from the interested party's direction eventually they will take the hint and let you go

i gave him my phone number and then i practically ran out of the building i smiled and laughed and yelped and i kept asking myself why i was so excited i think it's really nothing to do with him. i think it's that i think i've finally overcome my fear of people. i'm untoucheable.

i flirt with the grace of a crumbling forgotten pillared temple overgrown with vines: not a style that modern gay guys seem to respond to. shocking.

i think i might have been, earlier today with my friend's older brother just mildly he's way old... probably in his early 20s or something shy, quiet, but a geek, kinda cute he uses Gentoo :) then i realised it was stupid, and stopped silly me i was just surprised, cause it's not the kind of thing I do.

wow. if early 20s is "way old" to you, anne-girl, then you must be "way younger" than i thought. i had guess that you yourself were in your twenties! but then, i have been accused of being a 7-year-old, and not without just cause...

20s isn't that old... i think 22 sounds like an excellent age to be... but y'know it's into third decade... post-teenager... all that crap attached to it still far away for me tries to elucidate

for some people the age-difference thing is great, but for most people, it ain't. personally, i'm one of the former, i've always been attracted to men about 10 to 15 years older than me...surprisingly, this distance preference has persisted as i have aged...sometimes i wonder, when i am 65, will i be attracted to 75-year-olds? perhaps by the time i am 65 i will have learned to flirt in the modern style. which will, by then, be outdated.
