Breakfast: cottage cheese w/ pear halves, chocolate soy milk, slice of toast, small glass of hawaiian punch lunch: turkey and swiss on wheat, small glass of soy milk, 3 small cookies, half of large bottled water dinner: carne asada, potato salad, tortilla, iced tea, small piece of german chocolate cake and other half of large bottled water admittedly i ate a higher volume of calories (and carbohydrates) today than i would eat during the course of my regular routine, but this was a family gathering and i figured with the progress i am making, a little indulgence seemed workable. besides i am still losing weight anyway.

That's either really unappetizing or really sexy depending on perspective. As for me, coffee and danish for breakfast. Mexican food from a wonderfully greasy little dive for lunch and lots of little stops for junk food along the way. I'm always glad that i have the metabolism of a hyperactive ten-year old. Either way, as much shit as i've poured down my gullet i am definitely spending some quality time at the gym tonight, then a shower and then back into town to spending even more quality time with the blackjack tables at the Rio.

dehydrated broccoli sounds great... crunchy greens. 11am here... I've eaten... royal jell/bee pollen a spoon full of peanut butter, two dried apricots, coffee with maca and coconut milk probably eat some almonds and cashews with cayenne and salt in a few minutes, drinking more coffee now... watching pigeons eat in-n-out burger scraps and humming birds eat nectar. I guess I d rather be a humming_bird than a pigeon. I doove pogeons though. brave and resourceful little shits.

I let pms guide my eating this time as well... I decided not to feel horrible about it because I already felt crappy from cramps and emotional swings... a few days is about all my tummy and energy level can rake though of binging on fatty, salty, sugary, excess... but boy was it yummy. Come on uterus, let's get this over with... toooo looooong.
