one of my favorite flavors for baking. when i was a kid, chinese food was a rare treat and even rarer my_mother would get us almond cookies. or the bulk cookies at the grocery store; crunchy with sugar and almonds on the outside. i was perplexed when i was really young though 'almonds? these cookies taste kinda like cherries to me' almond kolachki....me and my uncle jim are the only ones that like them. more for me...hahahahaha.
