Mahayana: Zakah: Sangha Jewels of Refuge +Mad Hatters Tea Party- alice in wonderland +Yellow Submarine +nick at night +Gilligans Island Party +Willy Wonka Party +foam party +Edgar Allan Poe Party +wizard of Oz +civil service workers party +DMV workers [naw nevermind... everyone would take a snails pace & *FOREVER* to arrive just to get into character *lol* j.k] +if not for the grace of God...there go I theme party +dr. seuss +screenwriters party: create a new life/background/story of who you are [all the guests do this on their own with no co-creating, should be kept a secret] ... and completely envelope yourself into that character & storyline... dress it, talk it, act it ... deff. could be an interesting idea to take this out in various public places, [but u dont have 2]this way you can interact with people that have NO IDEA what you are doing ... tee-hee... once the characters meet each other you have all created an avant garde/experimental real time film and/or video of sorts ... would be interesting to have camcorders [or min cassette recorders ... or tape recorders etc etc]... randomly placed .. on tripods .. and left running recording .. snippets of actions, scenes, convos etc etc being captured... this should be as free-form as possible no one should touch the cameras if staying in one place, [or have friends designated to record the film/video for you ... or film/video majors would love the practice and would prob do it for free- i know i would!!!, they also could list this on their portfolio as well ... or use as an extra credit assignment ...just offer them a complementary copy of each tape at least for some sort of payment, its a win-win situation ... if staying in one location i would just turn em on and have em running ... at the end, once everyone is gone, the host of the party can edit the videos to make a movie and send it to the party goers or just best budds for memories... or for more interesting view points, just dub all the tapes [lets just say there were 3 diff tapes] let each person have a copy of them ...[you can tell em to bring 3 blank tapes with] and have them take those tapes and edit them together for a story of their own ... then you could all come together at a later date ... and have one big film/video party festival .. or stretch it out and feature them on seperate nights ... you could do so much with this base idea ... you could even do .. just photograph stories ...each person comes with 1 time camera ... and a scrap book .. to make a story-line out of the characters they meet ... i know it sounds blahh now but i think if further developed could be interesting. 011218 ... 32 who said that costumes r required 011218 ... oren Excellent! They like to plan ahead though. They produce a music CD each year with original and released music on it to give out to the party-goers. They hand-draw each cover with artwork (no two alike in design) which makes each one unique. They also try to find reject T-shirts from print shops and have the party logo printed on them. The shirts might have the design from a company picnic or something that got screwed up in printing, and then the party logo slapped over the top. The name of the annual event is Big Big Fest. Next year's will be Big Big Fest 4. One year they all dressed like pro wrastlers and staged mock fights with announcers and entrance music, all videotaped of course. They plan for months to get everything ready. There's usually between 40 and 60 people at the party. 011219 ... ClairE Damn.
