:..S e e d S.:...o f...:.L i g h T..: There are those that believe religion and karma are imaginary, inventions used to control the masses. I think that is a plausable thought for the shallow thinker, but as someone who
invests a great deal of time in contemplating the mysteries of the universe and goes a little bit deeper in arranging new combinations of old ideas, I have this to say:

A good deed helps, benefits ALL of US.
There is WAY more to our morality than just controlable peasants, and easily collected taxes.

Think about it.

[if] We are beings of light (purer energy) wrapped in a beautiful shell of matter (our bodies). There is a lot of energy bundled up in One human. Tremendous power when compared to the amount of energy it takes for the universe to support a squirrel.

Also, we can visibly see the effects of positive or negative choices we make, and how we decide to behave, our morality. We can see the difference between the person who goes through life with a bad attitude, and one who goes through life with a good attitude. We see how that affects not only that person, but everyone they come in contact with.

The point is, when you look at the grand_scheme_of_things , it becomes clear that all things are related to one another. So if you affect one thing, eventually you've changed the entire universe.

So if you take something with a moderate amount of power, say, a word. You can make this word good or bad, it can create, or it can destroy.

You decide, but when you do release that word into the universe, remember that it will change the entire thing. So try to contribute, rather than destroy, it will make for a nicer life for YOU and U.
dB Sometimes the effect of the word is unknown. We do not know how we will effect U. So, sometimes, it is best to watch and learn before you do anything.
Humans are so good at learning, yet, many of them are so self righteous that they believe that they needn't learn and they don't have to listen. They are too proud. And while pride can be a good thing, too much pride, too much power will cloud the eyes and block the ears and you will no longer be able to to that which we do best.
:..S e e d S.:...o f...:.L i g h T..: Excellent point, dB.

It made me think of another thing humans are really good at: Adaptation.

When you continuously do "The Right Thing" you get better at it.

And you also grow to be more intuned to the effects of what you are doing. After a while, the word will not only have a knowable effect, but it could have a deliberate effect and be designed to lift people up.
dB That's what seperates the watchers from those who would be blind. But there must come a time to act. We can learn to listen, we can learn to adapt, but I fear that mankind is reaching a crossroads. We can either continue on this spiral of violence and blindedness, or we can turn it around, and become something better.
And I fear that the chance to do something is running out.
:..S e e d S.:...o f...:.L i g h T..: What can we do?

I know how you feel. I know we as a species are going to get a lot better, but I fear we are going to get a lot worse before we get better.
Then I think that the world is what each one of us makes it. If all of us are just waiting for the world to get better, who will actually do it?!

I think we can do something.

What can we do?
dB I'm working on it.
All I know for certain, is that first WE must open our eyes. If they are already open, then we must start using them properly.
The situation is not completely known to us. Sometimes part of the test is finding out what the questions are before we can answer them.
We have learned to listen, learn and adapt. These are the tools that should be employed now.
kx21 We are in a certain way...
explicitly or implicitly,
directly or indirectly,...
and whether
we like it or not...
contribute some good, bad, and /or uncertainty, or more precisely
add a pretty good number of stars, shits and / or unknowns to
dB That is true. But perhaps the intent to do good is what matters.
The universe holds no bias to those who make mistakes, only those who do it intentionally.
The Truth Absolutely!

The *intent* to do good is like an ampliphier for positive energy.

Also, imagination and visualization, and literally Willing [believing in] positive results can do more than we know. In a sense, we can plug in to LOVE [IE the divine power of positive purpose] and transform much of the negative energy that surrounds us into positive energy.

This may produce a chain reaction that changes the world into a utopia...or it may just make us happy for a few hours. Either way, the universe has been contributed to.

Our only enemies would be doubt, worry and fear.
Inanna Anything positive or negative that you perceive about the universe is a reflection of your own character. How you choose to view the universe is your
decision. Hopefully, it is a positive view. Pure thought is a form of energy that can manifest itself it many forms. We are often careless with our thoughts because we just view it as coincidence when this manifestation happens. Everything is connected in our universe. Uni=1
:..S e e d S.:...o f...:.L i g h T..: On this day, in this blathe,

You blatherers have collectively
made me very happy/excited/proud, because you have born fruit that is sweet and ripe.
Fruit that is filled with even more seeds that will produce more trees that will produce more fruit that is sweet and ripe...[And on and on]

I hereby entrust you with the envious Officual Title of:
dB The universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice. It is the
language of hope. It speaks in the language of trust. It speaks in the language of strength
and the language of compassion. It os the anguage of the heart and the language of the soul.
But always it is the same voice. It is the small, still voice that says "we are one".
No matter the blood, no matter the skin, no matter the world, no matter the star...
No matter the pain, no matter the darkness, no matter the loss, no matter the fear.
We are one.
Here, gathered together in common cause, we agree to recognise this singular truth, and this singular rule;
That we must be kind to one another.
Because each voice enriches us and enobles us, and each voice lost deminishes us.
We are the voice of the universe, the soul of creation. The fire that will light
the way to a better future.
We are one.

Continued Practice of a task will result in the eventual perfection of the process. Humans can repeat tasks enough so that they become instinctive, and natural. Practice makes perfect.

On a long enough timeline, we can perfect anything. Whoever said "nobody is perfect", wasn't watching us for long enough.

(Did you know Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball try-outs? He sucked! But...
He didn't give up, he didn't go home and mope. He made a goal to shoot a few hundred baskets per day...he made himself into a champion, and he thanked God for it in the end.)
