depends on your browser i suppose
i'm not sure about netscape
but internet explorer uses alt-v, c like minnesota_chris said
except on my home machine for some strange reason
in which case, another (more tedious) way is to
save the page onto your computer
and open it using notepad or wordpad
and on the off chance you are using lynx
press the "/" key to view the html
