top ten list of the things that move me the most
1. Nostalgic clickety clacking sounds of old film projectors.
2. Beauty in how beams of sunlight focus across a room pursuing the hours of the day.
3. The way you say my old name. You're the only one that has ever made it feel right.
4. Strangers that smile at me despite how I appear.
5. People that are vulnerable enough to have deep, intimate, all revealing conversations with me.
6. The rhythmic sound of water tapping in the shower from a dripping wash cloth upon a shows end.
7. Closing my eyes with headphones on and listening to a song over & over. Noticing each distinct sound and staying with that one part for the entire duration of the song.
8. Synchronicity that draws us together. How we say the same exact things at identical moments, how when I think of you - you call me, how I can answer questions you think in your head.
9. The transporting aptitude of music and how certain songs can take me back to former times.
10. Witnessing acts of compassion when strangers help each other out. Like a person asking a crying woman/man if they are ok.

1. Depression's inescapable hold of family genes and myself.
2. Immutable appetite to end my life.
3. How I feel as though others never come close to loving me as much as I love them.
4. Always feeling like I am second best.
5. How distant and irreparable my family is.
6. How no one takes the time to connect with me on that profound level that my soul aches for.
7. Fear that one day I will give up and satiate immutable appetites.
8. Knowing that no matter how hard I wish - I'll never get away from being me.
9. My mother's inability to show affection. Her apparent lack of concern. Her absence. Her struggles.
10. When people call me frustrating and difficult. I can't help it that I am emotional and sensitive.

1. That my life will mean nothing.
2. That nobody will ever love me as deeply as I need it.
3. I will be forgotten.
4. People will not recognize how deeply I love them. They will take it for granted and cast me aside. Again & again.
5. That I will slowly become addicted to my pain killers.
6. I will cease to see the beauty in the world and the mundane; which fuels my passion.
7. That everything good eventually leaves.
8. That the torment, loneliness, and pain inside my head and heart will escape. Others will withdrawal in fear.
9. People truly have no idea how messed up & chaotic I am inside.
10. That you will read this and judge me or think that these words are attention seeking statements. Rather than the law of my soul. I never share these exposures of who I really am because I'm petrified that others will assume these naked truths are merely baited lines seeking compliments and praise. I'm scared you will never know the reality of the me inside of me.
