Yes of course honesty exists, if honesty is defined as telling what one believes to be true.
If on the other hand honesty is defined as simply telling the truth, then things become somewhat more complicated:
Consider the following scenario; I tell you that Jim has gone. I fully believe that Jim is gone. Jim has not, in fact, gone.
In that scenario, I would contend that, while I in fact told a lie, I was still being honest, or behaving honestly. This is because I hold that my first definition of honesty, which requires the telling of believed truth rather than actual truth, is the more accurate definition. Though perhaps accurate is not the correct word- the more realistic definition then.
If there are no such things as truths, then there can be no such thing as honesty under the first definition. However even if there were no truths, there would still be potential to relate what is believed to be true - to be honest under the second definition.
Given that we do not know whether there are such things as truths, I hold that the second definition is the only one which can have meaning.
Please bear in mind that this is not a fully polished answer, and I haven't worked like this for almost a year.
