I felt it was a clique when I first started reading/writing here- all these people who seemed to know each other with some level of intimacy. Now I think that we are brought together by the easy/simple technology of the website, a common interest in using words for expression, and not much else. Some of us connect and some don't- but the connecting is not the main attractive aspect of blather for me- just one of the aspects that keeps me around. I'm not thrilled to be clumped into a category of people you wish would die. Perhaps you'll think I'm writing this only to feed my own ego, which may be true (nothing wrong with having self-esteem, empathy, or compassion,) but I am sorry that you feel so let down by this "community."
