lostgirl there are many "functioning normal adults" out there to interact with, but are they really normal? really? i'll bet not too many of them write like us. or for the reasons we do. that's why we are here.

and if that means i'm "abnormal" then i'm completely okay with that status.
Risen I watched this amazing piece of lyrical poetic genius - Slip of the Tongue by Karen Lum - and I thought to myself:
"Wow, that woman is fierce and strong, and her work and words make me want to be a better person, and she is a poet who needs to be heard."

I fell in love with a slam poet once. I wonder where she went.
