I heard a lot of people claiming that we can't trust the public to do_right. They said that there are folks inclined to violent, reckless behavior. So I looked up the agreed upon causes of violent behavior. I found that childhood trauma and low-seratonin levels are the primary culprits suspected. Causes of childhood trauma? In the vast majority of cases, traumatic incidents (both psychological and physical) are experienced during school hours..in school..attendance of which is required by...LAW. I found that the low-seratonin levels are PRIMARILY associated with poor diet, lack of sleep and exposure to some chemicals..like sodium fluoride which has been shown to builds up in the pineal gland MORE aggressively than in bone. By the way, the pineal gland is responsible for..yep..you guessed it..seratonin production. By the way, fluoridated water can be...and IS mandated by LAW. (It's for our own good you see.) Lack of sleep? Hey get some Folger's in your cup. Most Americans don;t get enough sleep. Why? Well it's simple. We need to make money to send our kids to college, to buy that big house, to beat the Joneses. It's the American Dream dammit. As promoted by...GOVERNMENT..ecouraged by CORPORATE AMERICA through...the MEDIA. Noone ever told us that we'd end up more agressive and less happy. Who knew? (Scientists studying lab animals did...but that doesn't count. After all, we're not animals...we're not in a cage...right?) So I began to wonder..how much of this so-called "epidemic" (about 1% of the population is involved in violent crime per year) of reckless, violent behavior in society is caused by simply being an obedient, trusting member of society? People ARE good. People WOULD care if they weren't taught apathy and fear of speaking out. People CAN come together and help each other out.
