as 'explore your world' says, each time someone accesses it, a few more names get found, so if you're not there, keep refreshing the first page until you appear.
It reads a random blathe, identifies the names it finds and adds them to the list (minus duplicates) so eventually it should have everyone.

though the way you put it may mislead; perhaps the number indeed has doubled in the last six months. All I know for sure is that the number of names collected by my script has doubled. Perhaps someone has been repeatedly refreshing the collection page (mayhap a search engine?), perhaps it hit an unsually ripe blathe. Remember, it does only gather at random.
