Today I woke up alone wishing you were here with me, I wanted us to be something that we'd probably never be. It had this Winger song on it called Battle Stations which was totally awesome. This song was among the very best I ever heared in my entire life, so I went nuts for years to get my hands on more Winger stuff. Eventually I found this second hand CD store when travelling to Hamburg and listened into Wingers first album In The Heart Of The Young. Can you imagine an album putting together Kiss, Van Halen and Whitesnake..but only the bad parts? So was this album. So absolutely contradictional to the one song which was my favourite one for years..and still is.
