fasting=long life. as does giving your time in cheerful selfless service. it extends the length of your life and the depth.
the "secret" is that when you're completely honest, nothing true hides from you. with no ill-will in your heart, no animal runs from you. likewise, the good small organisms inside you bring you life.
the secret to life is happiness. that which is not happy will die. how else would u have it? it is a single rule. the universe creates dust into life for the soul purpose of becoming infinitely happy. it/u will not stop until it's clear, until you are truly happy.
spread_happiness. where there is no light make one. this is a choice. lead.
when you shine your own light you inevitably succeed at no longer fearing for your own. it's an interesting thing indeed.
something interestinger is that halfway thru typing this, this lady knocks on my door (im staying in a motel) and says she has to get someone to change a lightbulb in this ceiling fixture. she doesn't know how. without even thinking about it I tell her if she gets me a lightbulb i'm sure I could figure it out-that I'm good with that sorta thing. she does so. and i've already fixed it. but why oh why did someone knock on more door about changing a lightbulb while I'm texting about "being a light"?
