1) Bush's Average SIN Score is almost 100%, or more than 90% for the credibility of Intelligence_estimate,
and
2) Saddam's Average Guilty Score
= (84 + 83 + 0)/ 3 Percent
= 55.7 %, which
is just less than 56 Percent
i.e. Bush's Average Sin Score (More than 90 %) is very much higher than Saddam's Guilty Score (less than 56%).
Thus, statistically & spiritually.
Bush is or more precisely is very much worser / "Guiltier" than Saddam, in the eye of Iraqis.

Why don't you try using something a little more subtle and thought provoking. Such as "conflict" or "devils" or any other WORD.
Blather is better home to artists.
Things that are timeless, good to read.
If I want tabloids I can go grab a newspaper. If I want to find a rest from the world, in a place with few rules, where my mind is suptle and often overcome by others joy, I'll come to blather.
