Syrope if i had to pick just one moment of the actual governors school curriculum (not hanging out after class) that i could save, it would be the Mind Walk we did...lying on the cool auditorium floor, almost close enough to touch him, and then learning afterwards that he saw me...in the room we created in our minds where the things we wanted most were sent from our subconscious and passed through our consciousness.

my trip to that room was through a sandy beach, with blue-green waves crashing and a gentle breeze, then a cool damp cave, then a tunnel with walls made of cold metal panels, then a dark tube with light at the end. in the light we were all soothingly stroked into a hypnotic trance by Bear and his soft music. i remember almost crying when we came back...but i forced myself not to dwell on what i saw there. he led me to see where i was in life, what i had left behind and what i would return to...i've never been so rested, so calm, and yet so touched...

Dafremen Try taking a trip through the solar system in actual scale. While remaining at your point of origin. (I suggest you start by just circumnavigating the globe...then work your way out. Remember not to let your mind or your perspective leave the spot you're at right now.)

Now THAT's touching and soothing and scary and freaky. Woohoo! Man am I SMALL!
