a_thing_for_musicians Jenna I went to see this band tonight that I had never seen or heard before. The girls I was with see them a lot so they knew all the guys and we talked to them before the show. Aaron, the frontman, spoke to us briefly, and some passing thought went through me, such as, 'eh, he's kinda cute'. After the opening band, he walked on stage and picked up his guitar and stood next to the amp tuning and such. He was facing away from me and I saw the guitar strap across his back and heard him play a couple licks and a couple riffs, and suddenly he was damn fucking sexy. It hit me like a wave, the transition from just_another_guy to the guy I wanted to be kissing right then. The mini-fantasy flashed through my head in the space of five seconds: the end of the set, he's making his way off stage, I stop him and kiss him, and he starts to lift the guitar strap over his head so he can put it down. I say coyly, "no, leave it on." and smile wickedly. I shook my head and sighed, sad I have no control over my own crazy, lustly thoughts. I smiled sadly. "What is wrong with me?" 020221 ...
