Its not that I conquered my fear because I can do or deal with it over and over again and still be scared shitless. Go for it, don't run for it. To stand alone against the impossible is often viewed as stupidity by some and bravery by others. 030930 ... misstree stupidity is saying you're not afraid when you are. bravery is acknowledging that you're afraid and forging ahead anyway. 030930 ... Dafremen the answer lies in the title of this blathe. Just keep saying that to yourself...daily. Repetition is the key to correcting faulty programming in our minds. But you might change the wording a little bit...something like: [Begin pergamino for courage] I am brave, capable of taking on whatever may come my way. I am valiant and unafraid, because I have no reason to fear an outcome which has not yet come to be. I have shed my phobias, and in so doing, I have found a new world, full of hope and promise. I have stopped being afraid and found the courage to reach out and GRAB the prize reserved for those who are bold of heart, and alive with ambition.
