i_v_silentbob_mom_and_kelly frAnk i think it's fascinating that you listed your mother and sister as heroes in your life. what is it about them that gives them this honour? 010422 ... silentbob they are funny hardworking women that shaped my personality, and keep me on track, even when i don't want to be, or think they're fulla shit. my mom is my mom, so she's really special to me, and my sister kelly basically told me everything i needed to know, so i had all these political beliefs before i hit middle school. she would have me ask questions so i could figure out things for myself. On a certain episode of Saved By The Bell (that we all hold near and dear to our hearts) Screech fell in love with Lisa. Screech was white. Lisa was black. i said, "Why would he like her? she's black?" and my sister said, "What's wrong with that?" it had just never occurred to me before, and i realized there was nothing wrong with it. she just had a way of getting me to think and she still does it today and it just makes me smile when i realize what she's talking about, when the connection is made. 010422 ... friend it's nice you've got a connection like that. It is something I would love to have with my brother but when I make any kind of sence to him he becomes agresive. More to the point violent. How ever hard you try to be nic eto some people they will always find some kind of way to stamp on your help or friendship. Why is this? they answer is his low self esteem. His is a clasic case of a power struggle. is my brother using the: Poor Me The Aloof The Interrogator or the Intimidator ? I believe the magority of the time he enjoys using the Intimidator. Low self esteem can result in such issues as jealousy, I don't mean this in an arrogant sort of way but his initial responce to many of our conversations is obnoxious, arogant, over powering, agressive, load mouthed and generally extemely unpleasent. I don't hate him for this, I just pity him. How to come out of this kind of control drama is what I am focuing on at the moment.
