i have several events already planned, however perhaps you guys have better ideas, and would like to share.
to that end, i have created the blathercon_events page, so that you can add to such event ideas as:
a masquerade ball on friday night, during which we each dress up as our blather name.

of course, dressing up as your favorite post would drop a lot of limitations from one's costume idea, both providing a "deer in the headlights" effect from so many possibilities offered at once, as well as providing the creative spark of a deeply fleshed out concept that one more often enjoys when one can choose what the object of embodiment will be; and when one has creative control over how the expression of such art is presented. btw wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i'm drunk.

sorry girl_jane, it was an attempt to bump the blathe but not do it the regular way. as far as i know, Realistic Optimist is doing his part, reserving space at a local campsite and event planning as well. if misstree hasn't received the e-mails we have shipped her, then maybe she can let us know through this here blathe.
