frAnk the questions you have, i think we all have, about enjoying life, feeling guilty, being selfish...it's good to feel that, it's part of being alive, and being too alive is best because it's when all the parts of who we are come together and celebrate the love that is raging inside, wanting to get out.

i'm fascinated by your jubilation in downtown kona. however, if you put a squirt gun to my head, you would have to demand something else from me, i don't wear socks, usually. you could ask me for the little driftwood whale or blather coin that everdumbening gave me, but then we'd end up wrestling. i would never part with them...

open mic nights sound very cool.
wow, what i would give to see pushpins/yummychuckle onstage...

what do you, personally, do there?

what do you do onstage?

yummyC I read poetry mostly.
Last time, i sang "I will survive" with my friend Micah, and otehr friend Zach Dant. It was silly.
once, I went up with these toy instruments that i got at walmart for like 2 dollars (plastic things...), and my friends and i "played" chop suey. I just screamed some of what i knew and we pretended to be completely serious about the whole thing....totally went all out and went crazy on my 20 cent guitar the size of my hand.
We ended abruptly, said "thankyou" and walked straight out the door.

eventually I will play guitar onstage :).

REAListic optimIST have you made good on this?
are you still doing open mic nights?
i, personally, love open mic nights and have been doing them for several years now. sometimes juggling, sometimes playing drums, sometimes singing, but mostly doing spoken word. it's so much fun!
give us an update eighteen...

eighteen no open mic night for me.

it was a different sort of thing in hawaii. I live in Tucson now, and I just have nothing more to say.

In fact, I ripped up my journal today and my entire history of journals have been lost in the mail on their way from hawaii to maryland.
so, goodbye past. I'm done with writing for a bit. Perhaps it is time to devote my energy to unicycling and turtle-raising.
