Millions of people are in refugee camps after being driven and murdered out of their homes by Arab militia, the Janjaweed, who are funded by their own government. And all the while Britain, the U.S and the rest of the world just sit back and watch, and throw more and more troops into Iraq. All because Bush wants to stockpile oil so that America will be the last nation on earth with fossil fuel when natural supplies run out. My own Prime Minister, Tony Blair, is currently in Greece having a wonderful time messing around with our Olympics team, getting snapped wearing Addidas t-shirts. Official UK government statements say that "we are discussing the situation in Sudan." Reliable sources from inside the government, quoted in the Independant on sunday, say that there has not been one single meeting about the situation. I nearly cried when all this hit home.

About fucking time as well. We don't need some politician over there to 'meet with the refugees.' I can quite easily see through that for what it is, a PR drive. What we need is a UN backed military force in the country to debunk the militia. I'm not saying they should do the same as they did in Iraq, because quite obviously they fucked up bad with that one. But something needs to be done and it needs to be done about a month ago.

We're alone in this, people of America. We've always been alone. It's time to do something that matters - Politicians never have. God help us.
