imac fucking skees the suncho or whatever rocks your world. we do our own digital films right of the sony8. we premiered a snowboarding documentary this winter at our local resort all on mac kick ass.

i have a new iMac at home, and work on G4s and an eMac at work... i would definately suggest buying a mac... i have been working with them for 5 years now, and i love them... for more reasons than i'm going to write here, but if you have questions for me, please feel free to email.

I've worked with both a ton, I love macs to bits, especially since winblows is so... *shudder*... I don't know much about software availability these days, though, but overall I am an ardent mac supporter. Number of friends who are compuer geeks disagree, but they also go linux & unix, and bypass the windows dilemma whenever they can.

aside from network/internet issues cause i live with a free software, open bsd, freak, i love my mac. so much slicker, so much smoother, so much sweeter.

oh my powermac is soooo sweet. i don't usually love material things but my mac makes my life just a little sweeter...i really love it. everything you could think of and more. i could never go back to windows no no no.
true plug and play.
no drivers.
recognizes your network right away.
so smooth.

part of the reason why mac is so good: 95% of the operating system is actually free bsd. they charge you for the user interface.....
before my roommate was a bsd freak he ran like ten different distros of linux at one time or another. he put xubuntu on my old laptop and i am sure the life of that computer was definitely extended by using linux instead of windows.
