data entry looks a lot like a qwerty keyboard with some tabs for some more symbol options. it's not bag with the stylus.
there's also an option that converts handwriting that works decently. the browser is tad slow with graphics though.

signal strength and some memory issues are the only major impediments to the psp browser...there are one or two blathes that will not load because they go on and on and on but it's not as bad as when i used to use an old webTV unit back in the day
as far as text entry goes, something like a "qwerty" layout with a stylus would make that aspect a bit easier...
and since it's a gaming device, got any good games for it or any you would recommend?

wifi signal strenth has been pretty good on my DS but I've found that some routers are incompatable. my router at work was very picky and it took me a while to get all the setings right so my DS connect. also the DS web browser can get really slow when the web page is extra fancy. blather works great of course.

i'm tempted to grab the updated port of FFII for my psp, though of late i've gotten back into a futuristic racer called WipeOut Pure, which is the most recent installation in a series i've enjoyed since i bought the first WipeOut for the old playstation 11 years ago
my ridiculously hot neighbor still owes me a replacement copy of one of my other game discs which she somehow managed to break during the last major domestic disturbance she and her boyfriend/roomate had...so minus my copy of Tekken, i have about a dozen games, but then i've had the thing for almost 2 years

Pure for the PSP just barely edges out XL as my favorite, the sheer volume of feww downloadable content (expansion packs) for it were fantastic, Classick packs 1 & 2 also included the Odessa Keys track and the Sagarmatha tracks from XL...also because i'm having a hell of a time getting gold medals on the Rapier Class tracks to unlock Phantom Class and the Pirahna team
i think the expansions added 16 tracks to the game and four extra teams/vehicles
I have a replacement copy of Wip3out (wipeout 3) on order from Amazon... that one takes a nasty spike in difficulty after you beat the first speed class, but i still like it
