its just silly, and isnt it more fun to get the show on the road and do something that benefits rather than detriments?

depends on who you ask. I do it because I can. I do it because I'm good at it and there's a certain perverse thrill to sharing this insanity like some virulent disease

In my experience, most minds are extremely bad at checkers. S'troo.

A tool used by the weak to appear stronger. They justify it to themselves by pretending that it demonstrates superior cerebral fitness. What they don't see, or choose to ignore, is the fact that they only do it to draw attention away from their own flaws. It's a defense mechanism intended to protect one's ego. The equivelant of one child punching another child and pointing at a child to blame him.

well, pyth, I'm gonna have to disagree with you. I just think it's fun. I never get any kind of ego boost from it. quite the opposite, actually. I do it ALL THE TIME and once in a blue moon I either feel bad and tell the person whose mind I was playing with, or I get found out. then they get all pissed and tell me what an awful person I am, blah blah BLAH. I've come to recognise this as the truth because, well, it is the truth. why else would I bother playing with people's minds? it does nothing more than temporarily satisfy my evil side's need for entertainment at the expense of others. goddamn I love it!

People minds aren't there to be played with. First you say you love me, then you say nothing at all, then you saw more of me and said you loved me, then you took it back. Do you love me or not, stop this game you are playing. It is cruel when my heart beats for you. My mind thinks of you, why do you have to play with it, you know how i feel, is that not enough?

the very fact that if you said playing with people's brains we all would've thought something else, underscores the common sense approval of cartesian dualism. how unfortunate!
