living_in_the_country nomme george_w_bush_is_a_punk_ass_bitch sparked this ramble... you know when i was really little and even more smart than i am today i thought this whole third world first world thing meant there were actually three different worlds. i thought it was to do with different dimensions or planets or i don't know some sort of membrane that kept us in our world and them in their own. and then there was the big pie graph thingie and how i couldn't understand why one portion was so much bigger than the others it has never seemed fair i remember when i learned the difference between the country and the nation it boggled my brain i thought the country was home and sheep and moos and horsies and green fields and me falling asleep watching the rain drip down the car window and what do you mean there are lines that seperate people and i am part of this to, and i was never asked if i wanted to join i was told i lived in the country and that was that nothing i could do and i didn't mind living in the country cause i like all the animals and stuff i knew the name of the country but i thought that was just what we called the land i didn't know why it had to be so complicated why the country had to come to an end at a border. and i thought 'but on the other side there must be country too and it looks not much different, so how come they tell me this is my country but over there it isn't cause it's someone else's country. and i was always taught it was a good thing to share so why couldn't we share the country? and i used to sing i was born in the u s a and i didn't know anything about the united states of america i just loved the song back when it was the big hit when it was a fresh song i must have been really young then i remember i used to dance around singing it i still get teased bout it sometimes but i like to be reminded cause it makes me laugh 030818 ... mon tonight, everything i scrubbed peeled cooked ate i grew in my garden except for the sea_salt, non_hydrogenated_margarine, soy_sauce, and lemon and it_was so_tasty it_would_have_been nice if_i had_had more energy to eat i_would_have taken seconds and had some sweet apple_crumble to finish up 030903 ... blah-ze is better than living in the city (as said by a dedicated country-liver-er) 030903 ... u24 is better than living in the city (as said by an unfortunate city-dweller) 031220 ... monee is better than notliving in a bedroom (as said by a sick bedroom liver-er) 041218 ... monee (or notliver-er rather) 041218 ...
