and that was how i became the skinniest i've been probably since junior high. i was smoking so much all the time that i didn't even get the munchies anymore. i could feel my lungs turning black; everytime i cleaned out my pipe and there were a ton of black sticky q-tips in my garbage can i quickly pushed away the thought that all that shit was in my lungs. my stomach shrank to the size of a golf ball. i skipped meals. there was a time in my life where i never skipped meals. i only ate because i knew that i should. and what had once been three meals a day quickly turned to one. they went months at a time without seeing me; it looked drastic to them. but they all told me how great i looked. 'how are you doing it?' i don't eat anymore. that's how. 'well that's not good.' but the compliment outweighed the concern in their voices and the drugs still outweighed the nutrition in my bloodstream. coffee, cigarettes, weed, alcohol....that was how i got skinny.
i feel my stomach shrinking again.
