It had babies two days after she got it. somehow, they got out, crawled into my dresser and died. 000810 ... amy we kept mice for a little while... a male and a female, at first. when the female first had babies (12, i think) they vanished almost right away. that happened again and again, and we eventually caught the mom eating them. so the next time she had babies, my brother and i didn't want the baby mice to die that way, so we thought we would kill them ourselves, quicker and less painfully. but we couldn't think of a way that we could bring ourselves to do (and watch). so we were outside, and my brother suddenly threw the brown bag with the baby mice in it onto the roof. he cried. it's hard to make a choice when all options are bad ones. 000810 ... jennifer SNAP!fest killed raul 000815 ... shinya onna Hmm.
