has anybody ever been?

this past weekend was my first time, though he had talked it up quite a bit in the last few years. i'm sorry i didn't get to go with him. we smoked some pot and started walking from my cousin's apartment with his two roommates. we may have been stoned but i know that it was a much longer walk than we had originally planned.

the highlights for me... off the top of my head... were the x-rays of flowers... the microart made from the scales on butterfly wings, "the world is bound with secret knots", the story of olivia, the trailer exhibition. hmm. the rotating bell wheel on the ceiling. the tower of babel (in order for the tower to reach the next heavenly body - the moon - it would have to be over 200,000 miles high, thereby tipping the earth off its rotation)...

Ouroboros I saw Olivia after 2 hours in the museum, after drinking tea and cookies, and I could not even stay in the room- the unrecognizable patterns of letters made my brain hurt in a serious way. SO no. But I do intend to go back... 081123
