black_dyeds_new_band black-dyed gel product Hell yeah! I just had a jam today with my new band. It was a ton o' fun. The band sounds semi-punky, but it still rocks hard. This now makes the count at three bands I am in. I'm in a melodic harcore-ish band that I front, an industrial recording project which I sing in and provide lyrics for, and now this band. This new band is particularly enjoyable because its so fresh. By fresh I mean new; anyone in whose been in a band can tell you that you tend to go through periods of malaise where its just not that much fun. Also, the new band allows me to have my own musical input. For the other two bands, all I do is sing and provide lyrics. For the new band, I get to write some of the music, which is great because I have a ton of unused basslines and piano parts. the band doesn't have a name yet, but since five of the members are oriental, we're seriously considering calling it Good at Math.
