... that the original Hong Kong film, Infernal Affairs, is better than Scorsese's The Departed.
Then again, that genre isn't really my cup of blood anyway.
As for other foreign films, Broken Wings, made in Israel I think, is one of my favorites. And for something different, The Gods Must Be Crazy is absolutely hilarious. Highlights include an faux-anthropological voiceover describing "civilization"... of course, the Bushmen's lives were idealized, they didn't live in idyllic isolation at the time the film was made and certainly don't today...
