What's_the_'Point'? "Double-slit experiment"

The double-slit experiment consists of letting light diffract through two slits producing fringes on a screen. These fringes or interference patterns have light and dark regions corresponding to where the light waves have constructively and destructively interfered. The experiment can also be performed with a beam of electrons or atoms, showing similar interference patterns; this is taken as evidence of the "wave-particle duality" explained by quantum_physics. http://www.sciencedaily.com/encyclopedia/double_slit_experiment

"Description of the Experiment" This is a simulation of single particles (electrons or photons) being detected on a screen after passing through a pair of closely spaced vertically aligned slits. Where each particle lands is governed by probabilities. http://www.ianford.com/dslit/ In the vertical direction (the y axis), the probability is uniform. In other words, from top to bottom, the particle is equally likely to land anywhere. In the horizontal direction (the x axis) , the probability is proportional to the square of a sine function. The relative probability can be written P(x) = sin^2 x, where x runs from 0 to f*pi, f being the number of bands (equal to the number of fringes in the corresponding classical interference pattern). This probability function is valid if the slit-to-screen distance is much greater than the slit spacing, and the width of each slit is less than the wavelength. In the simulation, f is chosen to be 4.

OOps... * The_Graces_from_Heaven * Positive (Opposite "side") + Negative (Odd "Size") = "Flat_Universe"... Is that the Final_Answer?

if i could separate you into your smallest parts maybe it wouldn't hurt so much to look at you to be without you molecules neutrons photons all hitting me so fast that my brain barely has time to register the affects my heart arrested a quantum_entanglement even my neurons can't comprehend damn does it hurt to look at you hitting me one photon at a time
