This summer Michael Scott Rohan is in. check out the Winter of the World series, it's excellent. David Gemmels only really great book 'Legend' is also in. Lord of the Rings is still cool if a little pase' (or however you spell it). The Hobbit however is great to read in spring if you have a park or anything you can read it in. Enrico Brizzi's 'jack Fruciante has left the band' is also a nice bit of light reading.
