twin_bed
klairchen I can't seem to sleep in king, queen, or even double size beds.

Yes, only a twin bed can bring me to sweet sleep.

Those other beds take up too much precious floor space.

Those other beds swallow me in an endless sea of linen.

Those other beds remind me that I am alone.

And when I happen to turn upon the empty side of the bed, there is a haunting coldness there that forces me to lay awake.

As if someone has thrown a glass of ice water upon my face.

shinya onna I used to have a big bed. I sold it for some money to paint my room crimson, and other uneeded things. My subconscious backlash. I moved into my closet, and then a twin bed. A statement of my kind, and independence.
Theres no room for any one else.
and I perfer it that way.

carden i hate my twin bed. i may only be 5'3'' but it's still too small for me. and it doesn't help that my room is really small as well. 010504

girl_jane It's meant for only one person. I like it that way...

That way I don't feel so alone, because when I reach out-there's just air...not empty bed space to be filled.

white_wave i hate it when i can't sleep. he goes to sleep before me sometimes. i don't want to disturb him and i go to the loft where is my computer and a small guest bed. he says when you sleep up there you are being secretive. he says he doesn't know what men i meet on blather. i tell him to trust me. when i am tired i sleep in the twin bed because it's convenient and sometimes i do because he snores. there is no one in the bed but me. a twin bed only fits one. 040224
