house_hunting
emmi i take house hunting very seriously. it's sort of like anthropological fieldwork. it's an excuse to visit different types of people and see how they live. pry on their private lives. so far, i've observed the kitchens and bathrooms and livingrooms of a church-going council estate family and an eccentric gay couple with lots of plants and books and a cat.

other than the anthropological side of it, it's the perfect way to stop feeling lonely. it's not like meeting up with friends who ask what's going on and how are you feeling these days and what are your plans. it's just sitting down in a stranger's garden for a lemonade, knowing it really doesn't matter because you'll probably never see them again.

birdmad being a doofus i check the vacant lots for house droppings, make a few house calls and wait in the cover of the nearby factories 060629

emmi today a transvestite showed me around a flat in his (her?) dressing gown...
and the other day i had tea with an old man in his huge house with lots of with "storage space" filled with "clutter"... which may or may not be the skeletons of previous lodgers.

i'm sick of this now... change scares me

LS Course it does...the unknown can be very intimidating...you never know when something is gonna eat your head...course, you never know when you'll walk into a darkened room and it'll light up with a roar and all your freinds and family will be smiling and cheering you...

As for house hunting, now its my proffession...I"m working toward commercial, but I'll take what I can get. Most of my freineds from yesteryear will be looking for houses, not commercial buildings...

Awell...nice to know I'm considered an expert... Its a strange feeling knowing things noone else you know outside of the office knows. Its nice to be the go-to guy.

Stay in school, kids. Its worth it.
