unbalanced birdmad new year's eve
was as boring as heaven

(goddamn this sudden earache, i was just lucky i managed to sell the ticket i bought to see Paul Van Dyck, DJ Peretz (Perry Farrell), Rahzel from the Roots and some local bands and DJ's

the boredom and the earache blow more ass than anything that has ever blown ass before...but i made an extra ten bucks off the deal and still let the guy in for ten bucks cheaper than the $50 he would have paid at the door

ah well

Jenna I had wanted to sit in the dark and drink with my best friend and talk to him about life and not bother with the whole counting-down charade.

Instead I ended up doing dinner_and_a_movie with my *parents*.

When the new year came in I was still in the last 15 minutes of the_royal_tenenbaums.

{Which was damn good, I must say. I think because I really admire Wes Anderson's directing, and I love oddity.}

At least I managed to avoid counting down. New Year's is always anti-climatic anyway.

kerry i, too, went to dinner with my parents. but [hah!] little did i know about the attractive guy tagging along with my parents' friends!!!
i knew this fellow in preschool... we were best friends. as we grew up, we sometimes encountered each other when our parents wanted us to all get together and do dinner, but i never thought much of him and was never the slightest bit interested.
i walk into the chinese resturaunt, tagging along and dragging my feet behind my mother, then look up and **wow**
there's no hope for me

i'm in too deep now
