happy_shutdown dafremen ****HAPPY SHUTDOWN EVERYBODY!*** I noticed that some of you were still driving to work this morning while we were at the bus stop waiting for the Brainwashing Bus to pull up. (Of course schools are still running on time. Need to keep the next generation of factory, office and lab workers on schedule. No profits for our rich overseers without them.) What in the world are you DOING? Didn't you hear? If you're broke..you're supposed to shutdown! That's right. Stop working, stop paying anybody..and here's the great part: YOUR pay is still guaranteed. It's the latest thing from the power elites in Washington, and everybody knows that I like to stay on the cutting edge of trending. Especially when the trend involves no work and free pay. Where our leaders lead, the followers should follow..and the way has been made clear by the most American of our Americans: our honorable Senators, Representatives and of course, our beloved President. And its a great plan too if you think about it. We all get to sit down and take a break finally, for the first time since the Great Depression. Then..and this is my favorite part..we get what Americans of the 30s DIDN'T get to enjoy: a PAID vacation. Because our pay is GUARANTEED. (Hey if Congress is still getting theirs, you KNOW you're going to get yours. You did actual WORK.) I guess that's why they are our leaders. Because they have all of the good ideas about showing their fellow Americans the way to the good life. So now, kick back, relax..take a break. It's on all of us..a gift to each other! HAPPY SHUTDOWN!
