i'm sure everytime she speaks squarepusher starts playing the background and transcendent beauty overcomes is or is carried through a phrase like..."i ordered the veal scallopini"

those titles are really pleasant when listed like that. "i imagine Air, Cherry Blossom girl or possibly Venus" was a pretty phrase.

she was so humble - acted as if she had just made a house out of posicle sticks or something, not films that make me cry. she was incredibly nice, but i didn't know what else to say to her - i wanted to say "use me in your next film!!" alas, i don't have the audacity. p.s. the waiter said a couple minutes - we had been waiting almost a half hour

"There isn't a bourgeois alive who in the ferment of his youth, if only for a day or for a minute, hasn't thought himself capable of boundless passions and noble exploits. The sorriest little woman-chaser has dreamed of Oriental queens; in a corner of every notary's heart lie the moldy remains of a poet."

"...in a corner of every notary's heart lie the moldy remains of a poet." that was the most beautiful thing i've heard all day.
