h|s|g I had some dry but moist tinder close by after digging a small but sufficient coal out of the ground. Dirty and hopeless to an onlooker, I assured her it was possible. Somehow the presence_of_mind found me trying to link up her doubt with the dismal possibility that I could make a fire. Seeking to ignite them both I went to work.
Now when you're convincing a coal, you need to get close, tilt your head as if you were going to kiss it. A gentle start is imperative. The first layer is ash and only slightly lighter than the rest. Placing the fuzzy_tinder around, behind (for stability), and above the coal, it is in an optimum place to both demoisturize and ignite. The breath should start as if it were a gentle_whistle then accelerate steadily into a forceful_wind There will be a deep sound of the coal oxidizing at an increased rate, burning brighter and hotter. This is the time to unite and ignite the tinder. Gentle breaths should continue with pauses between them.

Luckily you remembered to have some small twigs nearby to light when the tinder was on its way, because I forgot to tell you. Maybe you did have some faith in me. Maybe it came along the way, I don't know but there they were. And here we are.

Building a fire between our hearts, each beat feeds the flame, keeps the ember glowing and flames dancing. Our loving actions and sincere care and desire for this warmth to persist makes up the fuel for this fire. The warmth is such that is can be felt and warm those around us too.
