Most common side effects include:
nausea or vomiting, loss of appetite, a feeling of weakness, dizziness, drowsiness or tiredness, difficulty sleeping or abnormal dreams, nervousness or anxiety, sweating or flushing, rash, constipation or diarrhoea, dry mouth, sexual function problems, increased blood pressure, heartburn, abdominal pains, blurred vision, headache, pins and needles, painful menstruation.
Less common side effects include:
yawning, chills, confusion, muscle or joint pain, changes in the way the heart beats, low sodium levels in the blood, swelling or fluid retention.
Most common side effects from stopping suddenly are:
headache, dizziness, nervousness, nausea, insomnia.
This is not a complete list of all possible side effects. Others may occur in some people and there may be some side effects not yet known.

They really have their bases covered don't they?
I already had most of these symptoms, and some of them are things that taking these dratted capsules are supposed to remove (difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite).
Me thinks efexor may be 1 part anti-depressant, 1 part placebo.
And what's with the contradictions?
Yawning? Who ever heard of that as a side effect of anything other than being sleepy?
It would appear that the main side effect of these little beige capsules is simply being alive.
