u24 i have switched from prefering burned-to-a-crisp steak to prefering blood-oozing goodness steak.
i think it's because we now buy our meat directly from the butcher, it's cheaper and tastier, plus I know it's fresh.

had a rare steak the otherday. better than drugs.

Alberta beef is the far better choice when you begin to dine on a bloody_feast, aged 28 days and soaked in a lemon, soya sauce and garlic vinigrette.
