what is it about closing your eyes and crossing your fingers that makes anyone think that doing so is a surefire jinx-repellant... doing this makes me just that more nervous about the impending collision_with_destiny. eyes open, fingers untangled. it'll give you that much more of a chance to defend yourself than posing ridiculously behind superstition. i think it's just more convenient, don't you?

i hope it isnt appendicitis....ow, i hurt so much. why would my side start hurting so randomly? it ached a little bit yesterday morning, then the pain went away, and now its back stronger than ever. i just cant win. *sigh* going to a doctor...

Last time I crossed my fingers, it took two hours and three people to help me untie them. I don't recommend that practice.
