needs to be a sort of thought filtration device. It scans and analyzes thoughts, searching for quality. If you begin to have a negative thought, or depressed emotion...
Reject it, and turn it onto a positive one.
For instance, if you began to think, "I can't understand what's going on right now!"
STOP before you finish that thought.
And take a deep breath or two (it relaxes you), and think to yourself, "I will understand this perfectly clear in time!"
Now, they are both conveying the same idea, yet one is positive and one is negative. The positive one has blessings and rewards ahead. The negative road leads to disaster, failure or confusion.
You've heard people say "think positive" but they don't ever teach you how to think positive.
They don't teach this in our school system, so that's why I'm telling you now.
Your mind loves patterns.
Patterns of thought.
That's why we are creatures of habit.
Once you set up this thought filtration pattern of thinking, fruits of light will burst open all around you in time, showering you with blessings.
