contributatory
re_alisma You can definitely put me on the list of people that have wanted to contribute to their culture.

And I guess what had to be done was new-fangled, and it might definitely be "over" now.

In other news, I did myself a favor and read one of those comic book philosophy summaries about Camus. But I don't have a got-a-job-and-an-income breakthrough to report yet. So I guess it's all for naught.... people truly won't pay me until they see that others have paid me. Suckaroo.

re_alisma I got a job doing what I have been doing for more pay. I tutor. So now I'll be tutoring more. Maybe I'll just tutor forever, never make another breakthrough, the top of the ladder being some kind of teaching position.

Because, you know what? You nor I would never, never, never get a fair check from, you know, the necromancy of dead authors or whatever the heck does go down occasionally and demands some time and energy.

Because there are of course other cards to play. Necro-whatever will never be market-wage, but always and forever there's demand. Also, and of course, perspectives may differ or shift regularly. Why pay for inconsistency? Speaking "author" here. People just *have to* use their generalizing mental faculties (mine are not that great) and be consistent to make sense and communicate.

Don't they?
