belief_is_stage_direction daf There is an investment that each of us makes in this, the show. There is a point at which some stop, refusing to move on. This is right, and it is good, for this is their place in the spectacle that is Creation. It is their location on the stage. Conviction and belief come into being within the confines of the human mind, not outside of it. Outside of us there is no belief, no settled upon limits to truth, only what is. As iron filings to a magnet, we are each drawn to our convictions. We do not form them, they form us, choosing the point in our understanding at which progress ceases and delusion begins. The Stage Director doesn't just choreograph movement, but lack of it as well. This time around I play the part of the wind, passing through..moving on. Unseen, inconstant, unbelieving and so, unbelieveable I am. What you may label instability, I call evolution. What you may not see, I must act out. What you call insanity, I call truth, for such is my part in acts 9 through 11 of the show. Know this of your part: You cannot convince me of a thing, for at this moment I am not to stop there where you stand. I am not to play the part you do, only pass by where you are, and learn what wisdom you may unknowingly impart. Neither can you be coaxed from that place. I do not direct the play. I am just another actor, playing the part of the wind, as you play the part that was meant for you.
