I just remembered the other day that I was once told I was just like Beth from News Radio. I had told my friend that she was my favourite character on the show and she said, "THAT'S BECAUSE SHE'S YOU!" my friend yells a lot.

I always wanted to be like Trillian - degree in Astrophysics and Maths etc etc etc, I even started signing my emails as Trillian for a little while some years back. Sometimes I wonder if I'm not more like Adrian Mole, but that's only my paranoia speaking. Somedays I am Bridget Jones, somedays I loathe Bridget Jones. I think I am yet to find myself out there in print or on film. Maybe I already AM a fictional character, which is why I'm finiding it so hard to pinpoint any one other character because no one wants to create a character that's already been created.

This is going to sound silly and Star Trekish, but Paul Atreides from Dune. Now this isn't an obsession of mine, I haven't read any of the books in years and I don't go to conventions or have a collection of memorabilia or anything like that, but for some strange reason there are parallels to be drawn that are just too glaringly obvious for me to ignore. I won't go into all of the coincidus, let it suffice to say that our neighbor's dog hasn't been seen since about a week after we had the sand and the retention fencing installed in the back yard. (I won't even let the kids out there unless they bring a good thumper with em.) The spice must flow! P.S. Actually it's probably Hazel from Watership Down, but you think I'd put a bunny? Come on! You gotta know me better than that by now! So yea...Hazel. The fluffy widdow fuzzy wuzzy bunny wunny. (F*** you, its not funny!)

I love Janeane Garafalo! Probably as much as I love Daria. And what's wrong with Satan anyway? He's always with the wrong guy, and never happy when he's with the right one! Tonight though it's Spike, although it was Buffy for a bit here and there, but mostly Spike.

Sorry if im sounding like one of those anal-blatherers, but the question is "what character do you relate to most." not "what character do you want to relate to most." Besides, its probably more fun to do the soul searching of the first question than the easy answer of the second question.

once again
|
Her name is Alika. She is almost twenty three. She shares a gloriously complicated love hate relationship with her partener Dice. She is justice and he is truth. They are not good. or evil. They are people trying. And she is athletic, but lazy in ways. Seductive, but with a plain veneer. She dances when no one is watching and sings when she thinks you can't hear. And when she's happy you will know and when she's sad you'll see her tears.
