I look up at them and I think about all these stars, thousands of them...some scientists claim that every star has a small solar system around it. If that's true, then each of these thousands of stars has a separate solar system with planets. And that's just in our galaxy alone. Beyond our galaxy, there are more galaxies, more stars, more solar systems. Space goes on forever and ever. To harness these would allow communications across the cosmos - virtually instantaneously. A god would need a technology such as this to govern. No disrespect to our God, but i personally prefer the 'multiple god' theory. It stikes me that each galaxy would be about the right amount of real estate per deity.
