found_art monkey out in space [assault cause bodily harm] on saturday march 19, 2005 the accused and the victim were at the restaurant island pride, 49 orenda court in the city of brampton. the two parties became in a verbal argument over the usage of the washroom with the restaurant. the arguments over the usage of the washroom with the restaurant. the argument escalated into both parties yelling profanity at one another. the victim then left the restaurant being followed by the accused. once in the parking lot the accused began to strike the victim about the head and face with his fists. during the assault the victim thought he observed a dark coloured hand gun area in the waste area of the accused. the victim suffered deep lacerations to both eyebrows which required medical attention. also cuts and scrapes to his left cheek and to the inside of his mouth. during the investigation the accused was found to be in the possession of several cell phones carried about his waist band. the cell phones were black in colour. no hand gun was recovered. on saturday marh 19 2005 at approximately 07:06am the accused was advised of the further charge of assault causing bodily harm contrary to section 267(b) of the criminal code of canada. he was read his rights to counsel and caution to which he indicated he understood. the accused was held for a bail hearing. 051112 what's it to you? who go blather from
