transplants devalis aren't all they're cracked up to be, I've recently realized. My mom just got a new kidney and apart from having to pee every 10 minutes (litereally, I'm not kidding) there are so many things that can go wrong and it's all about the like... keeping down the immune system so it's not rejected and then taking all these meds to prevent you from contracting any other horrible diseases while your immune system is down. It really sucks. And it worries me.
